Details
The Taper Mirror Cabinet 40 x 40 combines a compact wall mirror with concealed storage. Crafted from brushed stainless steel, the cabinet provides a refined surface for hallways, bathrooms, bedrooms, wardrobes, and office spaces while keeping essential items close at hand. Designed by Herman Studio, the Taper series began with the idea of bent steel corners functioning as both structure and frame. The gently rounded edges soften the look of the stainless steel and allow the mirror cabinet to maintain a slim, precise profile without losing utility. The cabinet arrives pre-assembled and is intended for indoor contract or residential use. Its concealed storage space supports a clean, minimal environment, making it especially practical in smaller rooms where mirror and storage functions need to work together.

Brand
Form + Refine
Form & Refine was founded in 2018 by Helle Herman Mortensen, Jonas Herman Pedersen and Lasse Lund Lauridsen– based on the common vision of creating a value-driven design brand that explores materials and preserves our earth and craft cultures through an exceptional design philosophy. They also believe in making a positive social impact and preserving crafts by working with cooperatives and smaller workshops to create fair and respectful partnerships. Among others, they support a cooperative of alpaca farmers in the highlands of Bolivia through the art of weaving and ancient wisdom.
